Southwestern Remodeling was a very family-oriented company where everyone was knowledgeable of many things and supported one another to get things done in a complete and timely manner to allow our family time together, and they seemed to fit in with us as well during our time with each and all of the jobs being done in the home. It was a great experience compared with other local contractors that failed in many areas Southwestern wouldn’t allow to fail. Great, quality work was our outcome and pride in knowing these folks as professionals in their office and in the field, at our home!

Jeremy and Steve worked on the south side of our home re-siding after we received some minor damage on that side from a hail storm. Both Steve and Jeremy were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They kept me in the loop with any decisions that were being made and were always polite as well as very hard workers. I sure couldn’t keep up with them. I had to deal with five contractors this year, and these guys were the reason Southwestern Remodeling was the easiest to deal with. If you’ve ever had difficulty with a contractor, call Southwestern and ask for Jeremy or Steve.

They were professional, efficient, pleasant, and neat

We would like to let you know how pleased we are with the work that Tony and Rob (there were a couple of others on a couple of days) did replacing the siding on the front of our house. They were professional, efficient, pleasant, and neat (I’m talking about cleaning up after themselves, but they were pretty ‘neat,’ too!).

The guys always had a smile and were willing to stop and answer questions or just visit a little. And they only woke me once!

While it isn’t often we get to do a large project on our budget, when the time comes again, we will certainly give Southwestern a call! Thank you!

Kelly Mans was our sales representative and was very knowledgeable. He gave us several different quotes and gave us his recommendation. I felt he was honest with us. He also recommended a mason and painter. Mike was the gentleman who replaced our siding and fascia board. He was courteous and prompt and did excellent work and cleaned up thoroughly. He came back and re-installed the gutter after the painter was finished before it rained on Saturday, which was much appreciated.

the quality and craftsmanship was superb

We had the Southwestern team build two decks. They also did some other repairs on my homes, and the quality and craftsmanship was superb. Also, last week, we had that wind storm come through, and it tore siding off my house. I could not fix it because I was in the hospital recovering from back surgery. I called and talked to Chad, and he told me not to worry, he would take care of it. And that he did! Chad had someone out to my house within the hour and replaced what was damaged, and as usual, the quality was the best. Thanks, Chad and team, for helping us when I was literally flat on my back. You all are the best!

I wish I would have called SWR years ago

My wife and I had waited a long time to make improvements to the outside of our home, mainly because we did not know what company to use. In the back of my mind, I had always wanted to use Southwestern Remodeling due to the stories I had heard from co-workers and friends. Each story I heard was extremely positive, with nothing negative. I even heard stories of people using other contractors only to call SWR to make the job right after completion.

Kelly with SWR helped us design a new porch and siding to update the house. Tony and Jeremy started in on the porch. They rebuilt our front porch and replaced the siding on our house. Every detail we wanted was taken care of with excellent craftsmanship.

While they were doing that, Leo’s crew tore down two old garages, poured footings and a new floor for a 30×50 foot garage. Leo and crew also poured a new sidewalk and concrete to connect to the new garage. SWR also shored up a sagging deck on the back of the house. After the house was complete, Tony and Jeremy built the new garage perfectly. Again, every detail done correctly with pride. An SWR stonemason built a new mailbox using the same stone as he used on the porch. Before he could get finished a neighbor down the street contacted him for a mailbox like ours.

Art and Chad each stopped by the site each day, making sure we were happy. Each day the worksite was cleaned and ready to go for the next day’s work. We can’t say enough about the SWR crew, especially Tony and Jeremy, who were on site every day until completion. They enjoy what they do, which is making sure the customer gets what they want and is happy with the results.

Thanks to them, we are now very proud of the results. We had an electrician say when he walked up to the house, ‘Wow, I thought someone built a brand new house in an older neighborhood. You sure updated it.’ And we have not even had the new siding painted yet! Several neighbors have complimented the job and are amazed at the difference. I wish I would have called SWR years ago. Again, thanks to everyone at SWR for making our dream come true. Sue and I know who to call in the future.
