My wife and I hired Southwestern Remolding for an addition to our home, a covered deck, and a remold of our kitchen. We started with Roger Miller, who helped design the project. Roger was incredibly patient and understanding of our needs. Roger was there during the design phase and helped us think of things we didn’t. Once the project started, Chad Bryan took over. Chad was there on day one and right to the end. Chad would take my calls and answer all my questions. Chad also gave me a weekly update on what work was going to be performed the following week. It was so nice to be kept up to date on everything. Every time Chad told me something was going to take place, it did. They met every deadline they said would happen. Chad told us it would take ten weeks, and they did it in nine weeks. What amazed us was every day we came home, everything was cleaned up, and the floors in the house and garage were swept. They made living in the house while under construction for nine weeks very pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about them. They went over and above what we asked them to do because they care about what they do. If you are looking for quality workmanship and very honest people, then Southwestern Remodeling is who you need to go with.

Wow! We had a room addition onto our home by Southwestern Remodeling. I was very skeptical because it involved adding to our bedroom area. I can’t say enough about the response time, integrity, business acumen, scheduling, and craftsmen’s skills! The process started a little before schedule. There were always people present working on the entire project! Sometimes it was a solo job, and we knew to expect one contractor. Sometimes I would see as many as ten people working diligently! They always cleaned up the mess at the end of the day. They worked through inclement weather, difficult situations, and problems that arose due to our home’s age. I highly recommend this group! I love my new kitchen and dining area. It makes me smile every time I step in it

I had a total kitchen remodel, the wall between the dining room and kitchen was removed, and an addition that was 12×12 feet added. The hardest part was picking out the countertop, sink, backsplash, and flooring. The work was pretty much done on time and without a lot of disruption to our daily lives. Roger did an excellent job with the design, and I can’t say enough about John— his craftsmanship is remarkable. I love my new kitchen and dining area. It makes me smile every time I step in it. Chad, I give you and your team five out of five stars.

ANOTHER great job from the folks at Southwestern! We had an old 1980s Wendy’s-style all glass sunroom that was built when the house was, so it created the unique situation that we needed to tear the room down, but we had a foundation floor, etc. tied into the house, so we had to go back with some type of structure. Southwestern was up for the challenge and did not disappoint! All the way from designing and every step of the building process was awesome. I especially enjoyed my time with Tony and the guys! I’m pretty sure that I won’t get voted job-site foreman any time soon. Kelly and Chad, thanks for everything. We have used Southwestern for many years for windows, siding, etc., but nothing to this magnitude. The difference it has made in the overall appearance of the house is unbelievable. I guarantee we will get our investment back when we go to sell the house! I could not be happier! Now, when are we going to start the kitchen remodel, guys?
