My initial Southwestern Remodeling contact was with Kelly Mans. I discovered that Kelly was knowledgeable, helpful, and a good listener and communicator throughout my window replacement process. Rick and Andre were the crew members on this project, and I found them to be good, steady workers who completed the job efficiently and willingly answered any questions concerning this job. One of the best parts of this project was the friendliness and skill of the employees

For the third time since we moved in, we used Southwestern Remodeling to repair and improve our more than 100-year-old home. This time, the work was pretty extensive, including some structural repairs, new storm windows, reflooring our front porch, garage repair, and, best of all, adding a new pergola. We also wanted the entire house repainted, and our rear deck refinished. We always have been and once again were very pleased with all the work done. Our home looks better than we thought it would or could. One of the best parts of this project, once again, was the friendliness and skill of the Southwestern Remodeling employees.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job on our home. They were always on time and went straight to work. Always explained things to us, answered our questions and made sure we were well informed during the entire process. Very professional and courteous. Cleaned the job site really well at the end of each day and when they were finished. Already highly recommending Southwestern Remodeling to others, and we will definitely be in touch for any of our future remodeling needs.

My experience with Southwestern Remodeling was great. I’d like to first thank Roger for helping me with design decisions and getting the ball rolling. The [coronavirus pandemic] set them back a few months, but when the town opened back up, they got started. Wes, Brandie and Jimmy worked hard for six weeks. They were consistently on time, and they kept me up to date about what was happening daily. Every day, they left everything nice and tidy. All of their work was of the BEST quality, and they even tolerated my dog! I consider these folks my friends now.
I also want to thank Rick for the lovely French doors and new windows. Chad also communicated with me about scheduling and visited often. I am so pleased with my new kitchen, main floor flooring and painting. I cannot remember all of their subcontractors’ names, but they were just as professional as Southwestern Remodeling. Thanks to you all for a great experience.

It all makes for a happy experience for everyone involved. This is the second time we have used Southwestern and have no reason to look elsewhere for our next home improvement.

We love our new window

Southwestern Remodeling had added a patio door for my father many years ago. I was very happy to learn that the same installer would be installing a 36″ x 72″ picture window in my house. The work was completed with the same quality and expertise as was done for my father. We love our new window!
