Also, the employees were here every day until the project was done. We have had other construction projects in the past, and the employees would work a day or two and then show up a couple of days later and then be off a day and then come back to finish. This didn’t happen with Southwestern Remodeling.

I just had a new covered patio (with stamped concrete) put in along with a few other small jobs like replacing my back door and columns on the front porch. I was very happy with the experience and with the end results. Jeff was always available by text or phone if I wanted an update on something, and the crews on site were on time, professional and did good work. I hope to replace windows next spring and then an updated bathroom at some point in the future. I will definitely reach back out to Southwestern Remodeling.

We found the staff of Southwestern Remodeling to be professional from beginning to end of our project. They helped us understand the scope of the entire project, were punctual in starting not only the project, but each day of work. They gave us advice that was very helpful and were gracious, whether we followed their expert advice or preferred to follow our original design decisions. Their staff took care to protect our house floors and walls while they were carrying materials in and out. They were always available for questions that I had.

I cannot emphasize enough how much their punctuality meant to us. We were running on a tight schedule while waiting for a grandchild to decide to make his appearance. I had several friends warn me about, ‘Oh, they’ll start late and find a lot of additional work to do, and you’ll be overseeing the project from Tennessee when the baby arrives.’ And I’ve tried not to be smug when I tell them, that’s not how it happened. Yea! The popcorn ceiling is gone! The serious crack and underlying hidden damage from a previous contractor was repaired and replaced with a beautiful, lightly textured ceiling. We were very impressed with David, who was always the perfectionist. David and Omar made a great team and provided us with a beautiful ceiling. We also had our countertops replaced, which enhanced the entire look of the kitchen.
