Quality craftsmanship from the on-site workers and fantastic office staff support

Southwestern Remodeling extended our garage with a 12×15 addition for workshop space. I was absolutely wowed by the whole process. Only three weeks from the start, they removed brick from the wall to be taken down and dug trenches for the foundation to the completion and final passing inspection. I am thrilled! This was not an easy project, tying into the existing hip roof and brick veneer exterior. Lots of little things too, like noticing we had a pet door in the old door in the wall that was removed and suggesting that they order our new door with the pet door opening already cut! Quality craftsmanship from the on-site workers and fantastic office staff support, everything was done to perfection. All materials were delivered precisely on time; cement trucks showed up just when they were supposed to; even inspections were always perfectly on schedule.

I would have no reservations about calling upon Southwestern Remodeling for any future remodeling project.

The gentleman who installed my new exterior garage door and associated storm door did an outstanding job. He was very professional, thorough, and the final product looks fantastic. For the third time since we moved in, we used Southwestern Remodeling to repair and improve our more than 100-year-old home. This time, the work was pretty extensive, including some structural repairs, new storm windows, reflooring our front porch, garage repair, and, best of all, adding a new pergola. We also wanted the entire house repainted, and our rear deck refinished. We always have been and once again were very pleased with all the work done. Our home looks better than we thought it would or could. One of the best parts of this project, once again, was the friendliness and skill of the Southwestern Remodeling employees.

I recommend them to anyone looking to build a new structure.

Southwestern Remodeling was fantastic. They recently completed a garage for us. They had a terrific idea for placement on the property. The process was described to us in detail from who would be there, to when and what they would be doing. The garage was completed early, and the job site was spotless during all of the prep work and the construction. The staff was all terrific. The garage simply could not be better! They went above and beyond to ensure the new structure complimented the 25-year-old house. Plus, the concrete work is perfect. I recommend them to anyone looking to build a new structure. I would use them again for certain.

I wish I would have called SWR years ago

My wife and I had waited a long time to make improvements to the outside of our home, mainly because we did not know what company to use. In the back of my mind, I had always wanted to use Southwestern Remodeling due to the stories I had heard from co-workers and friends. Each story I heard was extremely positive, with nothing negative. I even heard stories of people using other contractors only to call SWR to make the job right after completion.

Kelly with SWR helped us design a new porch and siding to update the house. Tony and Jeremy started in on the porch. They rebuilt our front porch and replaced the siding on our house. Every detail we wanted was taken care of with excellent craftsmanship.

While they were doing that, Leo’s crew tore down two old garages, poured footings and a new floor for a 30×50 foot garage. Leo and crew also poured a new sidewalk and concrete to connect to the new garage. SWR also shored up a sagging deck on the back of the house. After the house was complete, Tony and Jeremy built the new garage perfectly. Again, every detail done correctly with pride. An SWR stonemason built a new mailbox using the same stone as he used on the porch. Before he could get finished a neighbor down the street contacted him for a mailbox like ours.

Art and Chad each stopped by the site each day, making sure we were happy. Each day the worksite was cleaned and ready to go for the next day’s work. We can’t say enough about the SWR crew, especially Tony and Jeremy, who were on site every day until completion. They enjoy what they do, which is making sure the customer gets what they want and is happy with the results.

Thanks to them, we are now very proud of the results. We had an electrician say when he walked up to the house, ‘Wow, I thought someone built a brand new house in an older neighborhood. You sure updated it.’ And we have not even had the new siding painted yet! Several neighbors have complimented the job and are amazed at the difference. I wish I would have called SWR years ago. Again, thanks to everyone at SWR for making our dream come true. Sue and I know who to call in the future.
