They took down and hauled away our old deck and completely built up the new deck within a week and a half

Southwestern Remodeling replaced our existing, falling apart, lifted deck with a beautiful new one. We had a terrible time finding someone to do a deck for a while, but when we contacted this company, it was fast and professional work. I never felt like I was asking dumb questions; they were always on time, early, and respectful. We are a big dog family, and they were great with stepping away from the job for a few minutes to let our dogs go out for a bit. They took down and hauled away our old deck and completely built up the new deck within a week and a half, with Kansas weather, and I didn’t find any nails or hardware my dogs could have potentially stepped on during the whole process. Thanks for doing such a great job.

My wife and I hired Southwestern Remolding for an addition to our home, a covered deck, and a remold of our kitchen. We started with Roger Miller, who helped design the project. Roger was incredibly patient and understanding of our needs. Roger was there during the design phase and helped us think of things we didn’t. Once the project started, Chad Bryan took over. Chad was there on day one and right to the end. Chad would take my calls and answer all my questions. Chad also gave me a weekly update on what work was going to be performed the following week. It was so nice to be kept up to date on everything. Every time Chad told me something was going to take place, it did. They met every deadline they said would happen. Chad told us it would take ten weeks, and they did it in nine weeks. What amazed us was every day we came home, everything was cleaned up, and the floors in the house and garage were swept. They made living in the house while under construction for nine weeks very pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about them. They went over and above what we asked them to do because they care about what they do. If you are looking for quality workmanship and very honest people, then Southwestern Remodeling is who you need to go with.

Southwestern tore out our old, sinking deck that was original to our 1990-built house and replaced it with a beautiful redwood deck with a cedar skirt. Their crew was timely, professional, and courteous throughout and finished the project ahead of schedule.

Upon receipt of the initial batch of redwood from their supplier, they determined that only two of the 20’ redwood boards were of acceptable quality. They made a point to communicate that to the supplier and had a new shipment delivered by the next morning without missing a beat. Many contractors would’ve just used the lumber provided, so we are very appreciative of Southwestern’s insistence on maintaining quality.

I would recommend Southwestern to anyone for remodeling and would gladly use them again in the future. Thank you!

One of the best parts of this project was the friendliness and skill of the employees

For the third time since we moved in, we used Southwestern Remodeling to repair and improve our more than 100-year-old home. This time, the work was pretty extensive, including some structural repairs, new storm windows, reflooring our front porch, garage repair, and, best of all, adding a new pergola. We also wanted the entire house repainted, and our rear deck refinished. We always have been and once again were very pleased with all the work done. Our home looks better than we thought it would or could. One of the best parts of this project, once again, was the friendliness and skill of the Southwestern Remodeling employees.

If we had known what a difference removing the old deck and having Southwestern Remodeling build the new deck would have made, we would have done this years ago. Kelly and Chad were great to work with to get the process started. Tony, Jeremy and Paul worked together like a well-oiled machine. We have lived in our home for eight years, and since the day we moved in, I have wanted our very small front porch replaced with a covered deck. We got in contact with Harold, and we got an estimate. I can’t believe how beautiful my front deck looks. It looks like it was here the whole time. All of our neighbors have commented on how great it looks and what a difference it has made. It only took them two weeks to complete. The guys that worked on it were so nice. John, Mike, Tyler, and Johnny were fantastic. When we were not home, we received a delivery from Amazon, and the workers put it on our backyard deck so it wouldn’t get stolen.
