We were very pleased with the process. Jimmy is an excellent and dedicated worker. He kept the area clean, and when he got done, it was beautiful. He was able to lead the others to do what needed to be done. Israel and Jose were willing workers and did good jobs. We could not have picked a better company if we had tried. Everyone was so helpful and patient. We met Cole on our first arrival, and he put us at ease from the beginning.

It was a great experience compared with other local contractors that failed in many areas Southwestern wouldn’t allow to fail. Great, quality work was our outcome and pride in knowing these folks as professionals in their office and in the field, at our home!

My experience with Southwestern Remodeling was great. I’d like to first thank Roger for helping me with design decisions and getting the ball rolling. The [coronavirus pandemic] set them back a few months, but when the town opened back up, they got started. Wes, Brandie and Jimmy worked hard for six weeks. They were consistently on time, and they kept me up to date about what was happening daily. Every day, they left everything nice and tidy. All of their work was of the BEST quality, and they even tolerated my dog! I consider these folks my friends now.
I also want to thank Rick for the lovely French doors and new windows. Chad also communicated with me about scheduling and visited often. I am so pleased with my new kitchen, main floor flooring and painting. I cannot remember all of their subcontractors’ names, but they were just as professional as Southwestern Remodeling. Every representative of the trades and contractors engaged for this remodel was professional and did excellent work. Jeff and Chad made the entire remodel easy, from design to the selection of materials, supervision of the work process, and completion of the project. The results are beautiful, and the work is impeccable. [I am] so impressed with their attention to detail, how they finished the project within the projected timeline, and the wonderful customer service.
