Chad BryanGeneral Manager
Southwestern Remodeling is my family's legacy. Ensuring our employees are able to work in a top-notch environment and provide well for their families is very important to me. However, I get the most satisfaction from knowing that we are consistently providing industry-leading work that will ultimately improve our customers’ quality of life within their homes.
Chad Bryan, the son of the Southwestern Remodeling founder, is the general manager with nearly 20 years of experience. He oversees all daily operations, from working with the sales team to managing carpentry on job sites. His most important responsibility is ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent communication throughout each project. Chad benefits from experience he gained working with his dad and education from the University of Kansas.

Roger MillerSales Consultant
I was excited to work with Southwestern Remodeling because they had the same values my family’s company had. Customers are notified regularly of progress and our carpenters clean up each day, which is not common. I know that when customers hire us, they will receive the best possible project done in a timely manner.
With nearly 50 years of industry experience, including owning his own decorating company in the past, Roger Miller has been with Southwestern Remodeling as a sales consultant since 1995.
