About
Chad Bryan, the son of the Southwestern Remodeling founder, is the general manager with nearly 20 years of experience. He oversees all daily operations, from working with the sales team to managing carpentry on job sites. His most important responsibility is ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent communication throughout each project. Chad benefits from experience he gained working with his dad and education from the University of Kansas.

Roger Miller
Sales ConsultantI was excited to work with Southwestern Remodeling because they had the same values my family’s company had. Customers are notified regularly of progress and our carpenters clean up each day, which is not common. About
With nearly 50 years of industry experience, including owning his own decorating company in the past, Roger Miller has been with Southwestern Remodeling as a sales consultant since 1995. His responsibilities include sales, design, product selection and job coordination. Roger has degrees from a junior college and Wichita State University, has obtained special training related to CAD design, business and kitchen/bath remodels, and has been involved in various industry associations and councils.

Sales ConsultantSouthwestern Remodeling is family-focused, which includes how they take care of their employees and their employees’ families. Within the industry, the company has a great reputation for craftsmanship and honesty.
About
Kelly Mans joined Southwestern Remodeling in 2001 as a sales consultant. He meets with customers, develops project designs, and is responsible for pricing and selling projects. Raised in the industry, Kelly has also obtained specialized training through courses related to bathrooms, kitchens, kitchen and bath lighting and safety. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three children.
Jeff White
Sales ConsultantFrom the office staff to the field staff, everyone at Southwestern Remodeling truly loves their job. When you are surrounded by such positive attitudes all the time, it doesn’t really feel like a job.
About
Drawing on close to 20 years of industry experience, Jeff White has been serving as a sales consultant at Southwestern Remodeling since 2016. His responsibilities to customers begin with the initial consultation all the way through the design process, consulting on the best materials for each project. He has special training related to Andersen Windows and James Hardie siding and is involved in various industry associations.
Cole Golden
Remodeling ConsultantThere were two main reasons I wanted to work at Southwestern Remodeling. The first was their commitment to quality, and the second was their family values as a company.
About
Cole Golden joined the Southwestern Remodeling team in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree from Friends University in organizational management and leadership, a master’s degree in golf teaching from the United States Golf Teaching Federation, and over 20 years of sales experience. He currently serves as a remodeling consultant, guiding clients through the entire remodeling process, from the free initial consultation to the final project walk-through. Cole is focused on exceeding client goals for their home remodeling projects and being present every step of the way. Outside of work, he and his wife Stephanie enjoy skiing, golfing, and spending time with their five children.

Officer ManagerMarc Waldie
Showroom ManagerI enjoy the wide variety of work I may be doing on any given day, which could range from researching lot conditions and possible restrictions to the actual measurement of existing conditions, to then using both of these functions to draw a remodel plan.
About
With more than 35 years of industry experience, Marc Waldie joined Southwestern Remodeling in 2012 as the showroom manager. His role includes researching, obtaining permits, designing and drafting. Marc has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and an engineering technology certificate. In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy traveling, hiking, biking and working in the yard.
Emma Mans
Administrative AssistantI enjoy the casual/laid back work environment and flexibility at my job.
About
Emma Mans joined Southwestern Remodeling in 2016 as an administrative office assistant. Her responsibilities include editing/printing contracts, answering phones, entering all lead information, creating new job folders, closing out jobs, filing, completing contractor license renewals, obtaining insurance for subcontractors, and more. Emma has been educated in accounting and has more than three years of industry experience.
Bernadette Glidewell

About
Bernadette Glidewell joined Southwestern Remodeling as our administrative assistant in 2021, with previous administration experience at a restoration company and years of owning her own business. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wichita State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree. At Southwestern Remodeling, Bernadette is responsible for editing and printing contracts, answering phone calls, entering all lead information, creating new job folders, filing and completing contractor license renewals, and obtaining insurance for new subcontractors. Outside of work, she is very active in the local community, volunteering for numerous activities, clubs, and organizations within her children’s school district, including serving as an active Girl Scout Troop Leader for over ten years.
Peyton Ramsett
Project CoordinatorI find enjoyment in providing our clients with a vision they love and can commit to and getting to do that with such a great company. Southwestern Remodeling produces admirable craftsmanship and delivers the utmost attention to detail for each project and person.
About
Peyton Ramsett serves as our project coordinator at Southwestern Remodeling, drawing on her previous experience in social outreach and marketing and serving as an on-site correspondent for solid stone fabrications. After studying biomedical engineering at Wichita State University, she is now focused on architectural engineering, receiving certifications from SolidWorks, Laser Products Technologies, and 20-20 Technologies. At Southwestern Remodeling, Peyton strives to provide clients with a physical depiction of their remodeling desires via renders and models and helps walk them through the selection process. Additionally, she creates construction plans for our building crews where applicable. Outside of work, Peyton serves on the United Way Scholarship Selection Committee.

With 18 years of industry experience, Bobbie Jo joined Southwestern Remodeling in May of 2022 as an administrative assistant, where she is responsible for editing and printing contracts, answering phone calls, entering all lead information, creating new job folders, completing contractor license renewals, and obtaining insurance for new subcontractors. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband in the beautiful mountains of Colorado and enjoys gardening, boating, cooking, and visiting with friends and family.

Copper is our office kitty at Southwestern Remodeling, serving as our director of security and head of mice control. Before joining our team in early 2021, she was street-educated with previous experience in shredding and afternoon naps. Copper is always ready to dig her claws into new projects and loves meeting new people at the office. In her free time, she enjoys hunting, napping in our comfy office chairs, and playing with her new toys. The next time you visit our office, make sure to stop by and give Copper a belly rub!
