“...Perfection was a goal with Southwestern Remodeling, and I so appreciate that...” We were so pleased with Tony and Jeremy. Our new porch and deck in the back are so beautiful. They were so thoughtful to check with us to make sure what we wanted and then when work was done that we were happy with the results. I appreciate their dedication to finishing the project as quickly as possible. They made sure we were able to complete our daily tasks too. The sliding door to our deck is beautiful and adds to the appearance of the project. The door to our garage is sturdy and solid. We love the floors that were put in and appreciate the opinions of everyone at Southwestern Remodeling on what would be best for our area. Rick did a great job on the sliding door and came back the Wednesday late afternoon before Thanksgiving to complete some last-minute details. Really appreciate that! The brickwork on the porch is beautiful and was completed with such detail. Perfection was a goal with Southwestern Remodeling, and I so appreciate that. Howard was so helpful with detail to the project and what our expense would be. I love his personality and care for us. – Angela Boese Service Provided: Decks
“...This is our third project by Southwestern Remodeling, and we have never been disappointed...” As our lower deck approached 16 years of life and had begun to deteriorate, we checked with Kyle at Southwestern Remodeling for a replacement quote. Since our deck was constructed on grade, he provided us with options that included replacement with concrete. When we learned that the concrete could be colored and stamped, we were sold. Leo and crew did a great job on the demo and the concrete work but discovered wood rot on the upper deck steps. Tony and crew were quick to replace the rotten wood and make everything new again. We couldn’t ask for a friendlier or more professional response. This is our third project by Southwestern Remodeling, and we have never been disappointed. – Tom Snodgrass Service Provided: Decks
“...One of the best-made decks I’ve ever seen...” Southwestern Remodeling tore our old deck down and extended and rebuilt it. Their entire team was amazing. Kelly was spot on with the estimate and communicated what we envisioned perfectly. Chad checked in with us every step of the way. He made sure he was available for any questions or issues we had. They thought of things I never would have and made sure the entire project was done correctly. Chad made sure it was not only well made but well thought through so we wouldn’t have any issues after the fact. Additionally, I can’t say enough good things about Tony and his team! They did amazing work. They cleaned up each day so we could still use the yard during construction. Even when we added last-minute changes, he never complained! This is one of the best-made decks I’ve ever seen. It is beautiful and well made. We enjoy our deck daily, and it is truly an extension of our home. I will absolutely call Southwestern back for more home projects! People like Kelly, Chad and Tony are why a business succeeds. – Katie Olmsted Service Provided: Decks
“...When it comes to more remodeling, we know who we will call Southwestern Remodeling...” We were so impressed by the quality of work done to turn our deck into a screened-in deck. The workmen were always on time and never left a mess. They were always able to answer our questions. Kelly and Chad were always on top of the progress. When it comes to more remodeling, we know who we will call Southwestern Remodeling. Thanks again, guys! – Mike & Geri Cooper Service Provided: Decks, Outdoor Living
“...We are very pleased with the materials used and with the workmanship involved in our project...” The basic structure of our deck was still in excellent condition, but the boards on the deck floor, the steps leading down to the yard, and the railing caps were in sad shape. We didn’t dare walk on the deck or the stairs with bare feet. Southwestern replaced all the sub-standard lumber with fine redwood boards and even added a cedar skirt around the lower outer perimeter of the deck. A very nice gate for the top of the stairs was also fabricated to replace the ugly metal child/pet gate we had been using. The visual and functional improvement is amazing. All of the work was done quickly, and the site was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each workday. We are very pleased with the materials used and with the workmanship involved in our project. – Buck & Sherry Walters Service Provided: Decks
