Started in 1970 by founder Art Bryan, Southwestern prides itself as a leader in the home remodeling industry. For over 40 years, our projects have spanned from kitchens to outdoor living spaces and everything else in between. Some of our special projects include the Riverstone Shower, which uses tiles and stone design to create a unique, soothing environment. We also specialize in covered outdoor decks that feature exquisite design and craftsmanship. Large sun windows are also utilized that complement any happy hour or festive gathering. Our outdoor living spaces transcend the typical deck construction. We employ intricate stone design to create the ultimate in outdoor comfort, complete with modernly chic electric fireplaces to set the mood. The Carerra Kitchen is another unique project that embodies the talent and craftsmanship of Southwestern. Our skilled team of experts combined classic, clean design with beautiful carerra marble counter tops to transform a normal kitchen into something truly special.

In the last 20 years, Southwestern Remodeling has been honored multiple times in the Wichita Business Journal, Wichita Chamber of Commerce and has been recognized nationally in Qualified Remodeler magazine for our unique projects and the way we conduct business. Southwestern has also developed strong relationships with local organizations. For almost 25 years, Southwestern has held a long-standing relationship with the Boy Scouts of America’s Quivira Council. It’s a council that serves all scouts in south central Kansas and whose headquarters reside in Wichita. Southwestern designed the Dock System for the lake of Quivira Scout Ranch, where a generation of scouts have earned their swimming, lifesaving, sailing and canoeing merit badges. Since 1988, Southwestern has also sponsored a table at the annual Cattleman’s Ball with all proceeds going toward the American Cancer Society for cancer research.
