Who Are We?
Southwestern Remodeling was founded in 1970 by Art Bryan as a one-man roofing and siding operation. Since then, the company has grown to over 35 full-time employees; become the largest remodeling firm in Kansas; and is one of the best in the nation, according to Qualified Remodeler magazine.
How it Happened
Our success steams directly from the high-caliber employees and the quality work they do everyday. It is our attention to detail and great customer service that sets up apart from the rest. We are fully committed to keeping the homeowner completely satisfied throughout the remodeling process. Any of the homeowner’s questions or concerns are addressed and resolved quickly. It is this extra effort that has given us a large client base of repeat customers and their referrals. Please read our “testimonials” section to get a better understanding of the experience you can expect from us.
What Makes Us Different?
Unlike most remodeling agencies, Southwestern Remodeling never subcontracts. Our team of 35 highly skilled professionals allows us to keep everything “in-house”, from scheduling to project design to construction. This gives us full control over the quality of construction and of the workers.
Why Choose Southwestern Remodeling?
We have the best people. A company is only as good as the people in it. And that’s exactly why Southwestern Remodeling is the number one remodeling agency in Kansas. Our great leadership starts from the top and works its way down to even the most novice employees.
Art Bryan has crafted a team of the most talented and experienced team members in the field. John Wharton happens to be one of them. John is our Project Superintendent, and a talented veteran who can handle any problem that may arise. His great leadership allows him to supervise a staff of over 35 full-time employees. And he is one of the main reasons for Southwestern Remodeling’s success.
Licensed & Insured
Southwestern Remodeling is licensed in Wichita and its surrounding cities. We are also fully insured for any injury that may occur on the job site.
Each year we are very pleased to donate our time and money to many great organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America, American Cancer Society, Kansas Junior Livestock Show, and the Wichita Children’s Home. We’re involved in the community, trying to make Wichita a better place to live.
